Run -> External Tools -> External Tools Configurations…
Double click Ant Build and in the Targets tab you can select the ANT Task that you want to execute.

Then bind it to the shortcut you like:
Window -> Preferences -> General -> Keys
Select Runs the last launched external Tool and select the shortcut that you want to use.
